Precious Ones,
The adventure continues!
I know it has been weeks since I posted, and I was concerned that I may never be back...but GOD.
My life has been uprooted, my health continues to be challenged and my heart needs to say many "Good-byes" while embracing the unknown. Yet, I have so much to rejoice in!
THANK YOU for your many prayers for my husband and me! We have moved from despair to hope in 2 short months, and stand amazed at GOD's Faithfulness.
January was a time to grieve the end of an eleven year ministry...February has been filled with planning...and March will bring a major move to a new town, new job and new church. GOD has been so good to us and we are humbled by His provision.
Tony has been give the opportunity to work for the government in his former engineering position, and our move will be paid for! GOD's favor extended to our finding a sweet duplex on a pond that has never been lived in with fresh paint, carpet and appliances...a particular blessing for this allergy prone girl!
We are still neck deep in logistics and efforts to close up two offices and finish annual reports for the Pregnancy Center. WOW, I can't believe all that has happened and I'm the one walking through it!
Truly, our GOD hears our cries and delights in helping His children.
"For the LORD GOD has arrived to live among you. He is a mighty savior. He will rejoice over you with great gladness. With His love, He will calm all your fears. He will exult over you by singng a happy song."
Zephaniah 3:17 The Open Bible
Praying for you today...
May GOD's peace surround and envelope you!
May His face shine upon you and His Name be your strength.

ReplyDeleteHi Jess, So thankful to read that the Lord opened all the right doors at the right time. I haven't figured out where you are moving to but I'll be praying for some special friends for you both-because girl, I know you'll be missed.
ReplyDeleteHugs to you today.

THIS is what I've been checking in almost every day to hear! I'm sure it has all happened too quickly for you to absorb. It strengthens my faith (currently being tested a tad) to hear of God's faithfulness to you. Sometimes in the middle of the muddle, our vision is blurred--but when we look back, we are able to see the gracious Hand of God so much more clearly....
ReplyDeleteSo thankful to hear things are going so well. I thank God for his provision and care for you.
ReplyDeleteWalk it through with your head held high... eyes to the sky, knowing that the best is yet to be. With Jesus, the best is always yet to be, no matter the steps we take to get there.
ReplyDeleteHe's our "with us" God.
I know it must feel strange, sad, and wonderful all in the same breath. Walk it through, sister, all the way through to the other side. I'm confident in God's willingness to have his best waiting for you once you get there.
But this is best also... the process of getting there.
Keep to it, and by the way, I'm a huge Brickman fan. I immediately knew the artist when I heard the music begin to roll!
