for granted all the blessings in your life!
No, not your mate,
Nor your fate,
Not the heat,
Nor your sheets,
Not a hot shower,
Or God’s power,
Not the ability to drive,
Nor the provision to tithe,
Not assistance with your shoes,
Nor the privilege to choose…
Nor your fate,
Not the heat,
Nor your sheets,
Not a hot shower,
Or God’s power,
Not the ability to drive,
Nor the provision to tithe,
Not assistance with your shoes,
Nor the privilege to choose…
Be grateful for ALL things,
BIG and small,
Because life can suddenly change ~
And you may not be able to do the things
BIG and small,
Because life can suddenly change ~
And you may not be able to do the things
you’ve always done,
So don’t take anything for granted!
So don’t take anything for granted!
Not a minute, not a person, not a smile
nor a phone call,
not a hug, nor a shrug,
But in ALL things, give thanks...
for this is the way to a Happy Heart.

After 4 ½ weeks, I’m counting my blessings
After 4 ½ weeks, I’m counting my blessings
that I can empty the top shelf of the dishwasher,
stand in a hot shower, walk with a cane
stand in a hot shower, walk with a cane
instead of a walker,
dress myself except for my socks and shoes,
eat out and even shop!
Thank You LORD,
for healing my body and watching over me.
Receive my praise and please
Receive my praise and please
bless all those who prayed for my recovery.

AMEN, AMEN, and AMEN! Nuff said!

ReplyDeleteI am always thankful for your above list and almost daily thank the Lord for my garage. This is our first house that has one! I love being protected from the element on a daily basis. God is so good.
