Where were you on 9/11?

It was such a frightening time for all of us.
Explosions, confusion, fire, death, despair.
Attacked !
TV images confirming the worst.
Families torn apart...loved ones never coming home again!
First Responders heroically giving their lives.
The attacks left us reeling...innocence lost.
Anthrax scares close to home shook my world.

Where was GOD?

HE did not abandon us.
HE was rescuing, comforting, confirming...
that there is MORE to life than what we know on this earth.

HE is calling us to a relationship with HIM...
to desire righteousness and not settle for mundane, self-focused living.
Remember that HE is REAL and offers HOPE to those who will trust HIM.

                 Remember that this world is temporary
                    but HE is eternal!
                         And HE offers us a future of PEACE
                                                                      in HIS Presence.
